South East Business Boost can announce that the final round of European Regional Development Funding (ERDF) has now been secured. The aim is to support businesses in Essex, Kent and East Sussex who are seeking to develop capacity and increase growth.
If you’re a small to medium-sized business based in Southend, capital grants are now available between £1,000 and £10,000.
Just to stress, this is NOT A LOAN! It’s EU funding in the form of a grant that you don’t have to pay back.
The grant can fund up to 30% of the total cost of eligible goods or services. It can contribute to the purchase of a wide range of capital items relating to increasing sales, improving productivity and boosting profitability.
From new equipment and machinery to new technology and processes, if it helps your business to grow then you could reclaim 30% of the total cost up to a maximum grant of £10,000.
Lollipop Local’s digital marketing experts, are proud to be part of the team promoting this fantastic offering.
“It’s your last chance to get your hands on some EU cash. If you’ve been thinking about buying a new piece of equipment but were held back by a lack of funds, get in touch with the SEBB team asap! There is also a huge amount of free support available,” said long time Southend BNI member, Jon Law.
The South East Business Boost Programme has been part funded by the European Regional Development Fund 2014-2020. It is a Partnership between Southend-on-Sea Borough Council, Essex County Council, Kent County Council, East Sussex County Council and Thurrock Council.
